Two addresses, both of them ours
Each location holds its own address, its own phone number and its own installation crews. Pick the one nearest the project — the equipment lines and the specification standards are the same either way.
Two Locations, Work Delivered in All 50 States
Fit Supply designs, supplies and installs commercial fitness facilities across the United States, run from two locations. Both cover their own state end to end and both take work nationwide, with delivery and installation we manage rather than a project handed to a freight carrier. The one thing tied to geography is on-site service and preventive maintenance, which we provide in Texas and Arizona.
Two addresses, fifty states of work
Fit Supply supplies, designs and installs nationwide. The two locations are where projects are run from and where our own crews are based — they are not a boundary on who we can equip, and the equipment lines, the specification standards and the scope are the same wherever the property is. On-site service and preventive maintenance are the one exception, and they run in Texas and Arizona.
Fit Supply Texas — Irving, Dallas–Fort Worth
Covers the state end to end, and takes national projects from the same address. The heaviest concentration of installed work is across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Lewisville, Grapevine, Coppell, Keller and McKinney among them — with Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Katy, Pearland, League City, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Waco carrying substantial volume of their own, and coverage extending to the Rio Grande Valley, the Permian Basin, the Panhandle, the Coastal Bend and the Brazos Valley. See the Texas location, its address and every city we serve.
Fit Supply Arizona — Chandler, Phoenix metro
Covers Arizona statewide, and takes national projects from the same address. Phoenix is among the largest single markets on the books, alongside Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale and Queen Creek, with the Tucson metro, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, Yuma and regional Arizona covered from the same location. Arizona is also where Fit Supply provides its own service alongside supply and installation. See the Arizona location, its address and every city we serve.
What actually differs between the two states
Less than you would expect. The ADA Standards are federal and apply identically in both, so the clearances behind a layout do not change when you cross the state line. What changes is that Texas adds a statutory review step: under Texas Government Code chapter 469, a commercial project with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or more is registered with TDLR and reviewed by a Registered Accessibility Specialist, with registration due within 30 days of permit submission. Arizona has no equivalent state filing, so an Arizona project answers to the federal standard and local permitting alone.

Two home markets, fifty states of work
-
Fifty states, from two addresses
Fit Supply is a nationwide supplier with completed commercial fitness work in all 50 states, and this site carries a project page for every one of them. Texas and Arizona are where we hold physical locations and where coverage runs deepest, with regional representation in Utah and Colorado.
-
The national work usually starts local
The management companies, developers and ownership groups that run portfolios in a dozen states are frequently headquartered in Dallas, Houston, Austin or Phoenix — so a relationship that begins with one local amenity room ends up equipping properties several states away.
-
Coverage outside the home markets is confirmed per project
Some equipment lines carry territory arrangements, so we confirm the line and the coverage against your property list before quoting rather than after.
What you get from either location
One specification across a portfolio
For an owner or management company with properties in several markets — most of the multifamily and HOA work we do — it is one specification, one point of contact and one parts channel rather than whatever each site was sold locally.
The whole project, not one slice
Consultation and layout design, equipment procurement, flooring and mirrors, delivery and installation, finance options and extended warranties, then maintenance once the room is open.
Every facility type
Twelve categories, from apartment amenity rooms and hotel gyms to fire stations, campus recreation and rehabilitation clinics — each specified to its own use pattern.
In short
Fit Supply supplies, designs and installs commercial fitness facilities in all 50 states, working from two locations: Irving, Texas and Chandler, Arizona. The location is where the project is run from, not a limit on where it can be — only on-site service and preventive maintenance are restricted, to Texas and Arizona. Between them the two locations cover 122 markets, 82 in Texas and 40 in Arizona, each with its own page here.
Common questions
Do you only work in Texas and Arizona?
No. Fit Supply is a nationwide supplier with completed work in all 50 states, and this site carries a project page for each of them. Texas and Arizona are where we have physical locations and the deepest coverage, with regional representation in Utah and Colorado. National projects often begin with an owner or management company headquartered in Dallas, Houston, Austin or Phoenix that runs properties elsewhere. Coverage outside the home markets is confirmed per project, since some equipment lines carry territory arrangements.
Where are Fit Supply's locations?
Texas and Arizona, each with its own location and installation coverage. Fit Supply Texas covers the state from the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Houston, Austin and San Antonio; Fit Supply Arizona covers the state from the southeast Phoenix metro, including the Tucson metro and regional Arizona. Each location page lists the cities served.
Is Fit Supply Arizona the same company as Fit Supply Texas?
Yes. Both locations are Fit Supply, with the same equipment lines, the same specification standards and the same scope of work. Which one handles your project depends on where the property is, not on what you can order.
Do the rules change between a Texas and an Arizona project?
The ADA Standards are federal and apply identically in both states, so the clearances behind a layout do not change. Texas adds one step: under Texas Government Code chapter 469, a commercial project with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or more is registered with TDLR and reviewed by a Registered Accessibility Specialist, with registration due within 30 days of permit submission. Arizona has no equivalent state filing.
Can you handle properties in both states under one specification?
Yes, and it is common with multifamily and HOA portfolios. One specification, one point of contact and one parts channel across every property, rather than a separate arrangement per site. It is usually easier to maintain than the same set of rooms bought locally and separately.
Which location should we contact about a project?
The one covering the state the property is in — each location page carries its own address and direct phone number. If a portfolio spans both states, or you are not sure which applies, email sales@fitsupply.com and we will route it to the right location.
