What This Website Collects, and What It Does Not

Fit Supply, LLC operates fitsupply.com. This policy describes what actually happens when you use the site, rather than what a website of this kind might do. Where the answer is "nothing", it says so.

Part A — What this website does

What this website collects

Nothing. As published, fitsupply.com is a static informational site. It contains no forms, no logins, no accounts, no shopping cart and no comment fields. It does not ask for your name, your email address, your postal address, your phone number, your date of birth or any payment detail, and it has no means of recording them.

The site does not ask you for personal information, but it is measured. Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking run on every page — what they collect, and what you can do about it, is set out under “Cookies, storage and analytics” below. There are no social media tracking pixels.

Where information is actually collected

There are three ways Fit Supply comes to hold your information, and all three begin with you choosing to send it:

  • The Service Request and Sales Request forms. These buttons appear across the site and open a request form hosted by Oracle at extforms.netsuite.com. That form is not part of this website: it is operated on Oracle’s servers and feeds Fit Supply’s NetSuite business system. What you type there — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of what you need — is transmitted to Oracle and stored in our NetSuite records. Oracle processes it as our service provider under its own security and privacy terms.
  • Email. If you write to us, we hold your message and whatever it contains.
  • Telephone. If you call, we record what we need to respond and to quote the work.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, supply and install equipment, and service it afterwards. That includes passing what is necessary to the people who actually do the work — a delivery and installation crew needs the site address and a contact on site; a manufacturer needs a shipping address to fulfill an order; a finance provider needs applicant details if you ask us to arrange finance.

We keep your details in our business records so that we can support equipment we have supplied, which in this industry means years rather than months. A machine installed today may need a part matched to its serial number long afterwards.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
  • We do not sell or hand over the details you send us — your name, email, phone or project — to advertising networks. Google Ads conversion tracking tells us that an ad led to a request; it does not give advertisers the contents of that request.
  • We do not collect medical, health or fitness information about you. Nothing on this site asks for it and we have no use for it.
  • We do not run a marketing email program from this website. If that changes, this policy will say so before it starts, and any such email will carry a way to stop it.

Cookies, storage and analytics

This site uses two Google measurement tools, and they are the only third-party tracking on it:

  • Google Analytics 4, loaded through the Google tag GT-MRM5GC7. It records which pages you view and in what order, roughly where you are (city or region level, derived from your IP address — Google does not give us your IP address itself), the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived, for example from a search result, an advertisement or a link on another site.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking, tag AW-17672540931. It records whether a visit that followed one of our Google advertisements went on to reach a request page, so that we can tell which advertising is worth paying for. It tells us that a conversion happened; it does not tell us who you are.

Both set cookies in your browser, and both send the data they gather to Google, which processes it on our behalf and also uses it under its own terms. Google’s handling is described at policies.google.com/privacy. We use these to understand which pages are useful and which advertising works — not to identify you personally, and we do not attempt to link this measurement to the details you send us through a request form.

How to refuse it. Your browser can block or delete cookies, and most browsers offer a “do not track” setting and a private-browsing mode. Google also publishes a Google Analytics opt-out add-on that stops this measurement across every site that uses it. Blocking any of this does not restrict your use of fitsupply.com — nothing on the site depends on it.

Aside from those two, a small number of display scripts inherited from the site’s previous platform use your browser’s own session storage for technical purposes such as checking whether your browser can render certain characters. That storage stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and is not used to identify you.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary web request data, including your IP address, in order to serve pages and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That is a normal part of delivering any website and is not used by us to build a profile of you.

Links to other sites

The site links to Oracle NetSuite for the request forms, to our social media profiles, and to a map provider for our locations. Once you follow a link off fitsupply.com you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy policy, and this one no longer applies.

Part B — Your information and your choices

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

Write to info@fitsupply.com and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are required to keep it as a business or tax record, or need it to support equipment still under warranty — and where that applies we will tell you which records we are keeping and why.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask and we will honor any that apply to you.

Security

Because the website itself collects nothing, the information worth protecting sits in our business systems rather than on this site. We restrict access to it to the people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date below moves. We will not quietly widen what we collect while leaving this page describing something narrower.

In short

This website has no forms on it and asks you for nothing. It does use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies and record how the site is used and whether a visit followed one of our ads. Fit Supply receives your personal details only when you choose to send them — through the Service Request or Sales Request form, which is hosted by Oracle NetSuite, or by emailing or calling us directly.
