The fitness and wellness spaces in every contract you manage
Fit Supply is the fitness partner for facility management, workforce accommodation and property services companies. We design, supply and install the fitness and wellness spaces at every kind of site in your portfolio, in all 50 states, and support them after opening — so the amenity your client asked for is delivered to the standard your contract is measured on.
We join your pitch. When a fitness or wellness space is part of a proposal, we will take part in the client meeting with you, bringing layouts, renderings and budgets for the space and presented by the people who will design it. The amenity strengthens your bid instead of being a line item you have to explain.
One standard, adjusted per site. A portfolio needs consistency — the same quality, the same equipment lines, the same support — without forcing one equipment list into rooms that differ. We set a standard specification for each site type and adjust each site to its space, the people who use it and its budget.
We stay after opening. Preventive maintenance and on-site repair in Texas and Arizona; replacement, relocation and expansion as sites change; and lifetime support from the team that installed it, everywhere.

Equipment chosen for the people who use it
The same headcount can need two completely different rooms. We specify from the workforce, not from a catalog.
-
Manual-labor and shift crews
Mobility, recovery and strength over long cardio rows, on equipment rated for heavy, around-the-clock use, with enough duplication that one machine down never closes a zone.
-
Office, technical and admin staff
Short sessions between meetings: intuitive selectorized strength, generous cardio and open space for classes, sized for the lunch and after-work peak.
-
Women’s and shared spaces
A separate women’s fitness room alongside shared space for group classes, cardio and wellness, planned with the entrances and sightlines that make each one comfortable to use.
-
Remote and hard-to-reach sites
We have shipped complete fitness rooms to Alaska by air freight and overseas to West Africa on 220-volt equipment, with the logistics planned around the site.
What a portfolio receives
One partner, every site
The documents that let a facility manager run fitness across many contracts the same way.

Pitch package
FS-301Layouts, renderings and budget tiers for the fitness space in a client proposal, ready before your meeting.

Site survey
FS-302Measurements, access, power and photographs of each site, collected before anything is quoted so the price matches the building.

Standard specification
FS-303The equipment lines, finishes and quality level for each site type, so every site in the contract meets the same bar.

Rollout schedule
FS-304Delivery and installation sequenced across sites, with lead times and site readiness tracked for each one.

Support plan
FS-305Preventive maintenance in Texas and Arizona, warranty terms for every site, and one point of contact for all of it.

Equipment list
FS-306What is installed at each site, with the warranty terms that came with it, for your asset records.
How a partnership runs
From the Pitch to Every Site
Six stages, from helping you win the contract to keeping the rooms running.
The pitch
When fitness or wellness space is part of your proposal, we join the client meeting with layouts, renderings and budget tiers for it. The amenity is presented by the people who will design and install it, which is a stronger answer than a line item.

Survey and design
Each site is surveyed for space, access and power, then laid out for its own users, usually within one to two weeks, with two or three price tiers. Your client chooses the trade-off instead of approving a single number.

Standards and approval
We agree one specification per site type — equipment lines, finishes and quality level — approve it once, and repeat it across the contract. A site changes the standard only where its space or its users genuinely differ.

Procurement and logistics
Orders placed against each site’s schedule, with freight timed to the site — air freight, ocean sailings or a seasonal road where that is what reaches it.

Installation
Our own crews in Texas and Arizona, installation partners we coordinate everywhere else, working to each site’s access rules and hours.

Support after opening
Preventive maintenance and repair in Texas and Arizona, warranty handling, relocations, expansions and trade-ins as your portfolio changes.

Planning fitness for a large or remote workforce
Size to the busiest hour, not the headcount
A site of four thousand people does not need a gym for four thousand. It needs enough stations for the people likely to arrive in the busiest hour — at a camp or a plant that is the shift change, at an office it is lunch and the end of the day — and ACSM’s guideline of 25 to 50 square feet per station then turns that number into floor area. Sizing to the headcount builds a room that is mostly empty; sizing to the average builds one with a queue at every shift change.
Around-the-clock rooms need different equipment
Where crews work rotating shifts, the fitness room never really closes. That calls for commercial equipment rated for continuous use, more than one of each critical piece so a machine waiting on a part does not shut a zone, and flooring and finishes that take heavy daily wear. A manual-labor workforce also uses the room differently from an office one: more mobility, stretching and recovery, more strength, and less time on long cardio rows.
Remote workforce housing, lodges and camps
Energy projects, mines and the newest data center builds bring thousands of workers to places with no town gym, and the workforce housing built for them increasingly includes a gym (Insurance Journal, 2026). Remote-lodge operators also list women-only workout rooms among their site safety measures (Sodexo), which is why we plan a separate women’s room and shared space together rather than one room for everyone.
Remote logistics are a design input
Getting equipment to a remote site is planned with the design, not after it. To Alaska, freight from Tacoma reaches Anchorage in about four days by steamship or ten to fourteen by barge, and the North Slope runs on weekly truck schedules out of Fairbanks (Carlile Transportation); much of western Alaska is reachable by barge only in the open-water months, roughly April to October (Inbound Logistics). An order timed only to the manufacturer’s lead time can miss the boat by a season. Our own Alaska work went by air freight to meet its date, with local installers we contracted on site.
Offshore crews
We supply crew-gym equipment for offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico, on vessels and on platforms — compact strength stations, functional trainers, benches and cardio chosen for small rooms, delivered to the operator’s dock or shore base. Offshore equipment is supply only; on-site service is offered in Texas and Arizona.
Work at scale
Our larger work includes nearly 300 major pieces across a YMCA association’s branches in a single order, a city recreation center opened with close to a hundred, and fitness centers inside manufacturing plants and corporate campuses whose workforces run on shifts.
After opening, we stay on it

Questions facility managers ask us
Will you join our client pitch meetings?
Yes. When a fitness or wellness space is part of your proposal, we will join the client meeting with layouts, renderings and budget tiers for the space, so it is presented by the people who will design and install it.
Can you support projects in all 50 states?
Yes. We design, supply and install fitness and wellness spaces in all 50 states — with our own crews in Texas and Arizona and through installation partners elsewhere. On-site service and preventive maintenance are offered in Texas and Arizona.
Have you delivered to remote locations like Alaska?
Yes. We have equipped fitness rooms in Anchorage and Wasilla, Alaska, shipping the equipment by air freight to meet the opening date and installing it with local installers we contracted. For remote sites we plan freight around sailings, seasons and road access, not only the manufacturer’s lead time.
How do you size a fitness center for a workforce of 2,000 to 6,000 people?
From the busiest hour rather than the headcount. We estimate how many people will use the room at its peak — usually the shift change at a camp or plant — size the stations to that number, and convert it to floor area at 25 to 50 square feet per station under ACSM’s guidelines. Large workforces are often better served by more than one room.
Can you recommend equipment for a manual-labor workforce versus office staff?
Yes. A manual-labor or shift workforce generally needs more mobility, recovery and strength equipment, rated for heavy around-the-clock use, while office and technical staff favor cardio, selectorized strength and class space for short sessions. We specify from who will use the room and when.
Can you design separate spaces for women alongside shared spaces?
Yes. We plan a separate women’s fitness room together with shared space for group exercise, cardio and wellness, with entrances, sightlines and equipment chosen so each room is comfortable to use.
Do you work with general contractors, architects and designers?
Yes, on most projects. We work inside the design team from schematic design and alongside the general contractor through installation. See our pages for architects and interior designers and general contractors.
What do you offer besides fitness equipment?
Layout and design, fitness flooring, mirrors and wall graphics, recovery equipment such as saunas and cold plunges, outdoor fitness, delivery and installation, finance options, extended warranties, and used and pre-owned equipment — one supplier for the whole space.
Do you work on offshore vessels and platforms?
We supply them. We have provided crew-gym equipment for offshore vessels and platforms working in the Gulf of Mexico, chosen for small rooms and delivered to the operator’s dock or shore base. Offshore equipment is supply only; on-site service is offered in Texas and Arizona.
Do you provide maintenance and staff training after installation?
Yes. On request, installation ends with a walkthrough of the equipment for the site’s staff. Preventive maintenance plans and on-site repair are offered in Texas and Arizona, and everywhere we stay available for warranty questions and support for the life of the equipment.
