Design, Equipment and Installation for Joshua Facilities

Joshua sits inside the Dallas–Fort Worth market Fit Supply serves most closely. We plan, supply and install commercial fitness spaces here — layout and equipment selection through flooring, delivery, installation and the service plan afterward.

Joshua facilities we equip run to corporate wellness centers and YMCA branches. The room's use pattern drives the specification, not a standard package. See every type.

In Joshua we deliver and install with crews we manage. Machines are assembled, placed to the approved layout, leveled and checked on site — not dropped in a car park for someone else to sort out. For a YMCA branche that means the room is usable the day we finish.

Beyond Joshua itself we serve Burleson and Cleburne and the surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth communities, so a rollout across a portfolio does not fragment into separate suppliers, quotes and delivery schedules.

A Joshua project can start at any point — a full YMCA branche build from an empty room, a partial refresh of failing cardio, or just the flooring. We also arrange finance, extended warranties and a preventive maintenance plan so the room keeps working after handover.

Working in Joshua

Most of our work in Joshua is corporate wellness centers and YMCA branches.

What we equip in Joshua

The two categories below are the ones Joshua works in most, ranked by the volume we have actually supplied there. They are not variations on one specification — the room decides the equipment, which is why we draw it before quoting it.

Corporate fitness centers

An employee benefit that part of the workforce cannot use is a liability as well as a wasted budget, and the ADA scoping here is the same as anywhere else: a 30 by 48 in clear floor space on at least one of each TYPE of machine, served by an accessible route, or 36 by 48 in where enclosed on three sides. Doors are what catch tenant fit-outs — ADA wants a 32 in minimum clear opening measured with the door open 90 degrees, and 36 in where the opening is deeper than 24 in. More on corporate gym equipment and design.

YMCA and nonprofit facilities

A branch floor carries a wider span of ages and abilities in one room than any commercial club, and the equipment list is where that mission is either delivered or quietly dropped. ASTM F3021 is the standard specification for universal design of fitness equipment for inclusive use by people with functional limitations and impairments. ADA scoping runs alongside it, requiring a 30 by 48 in clear floor space on at least one of each TYPE of machine, on an accessible route. More on YMCA and nonprofit gym equipment.

In short

Joshua fitness facility projects, handled end to end — layout and design, equipment, flooring, and delivery and installation managed end to end rather than a freight drop-off. We also cover Burleson and Cleburne across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Fitness areas are designed for a 100 psf live load under IBC Table 1607.1, confirmed before anything is specified. Most of our Joshua work is in corporate wellness centers and YMCA branches.

Common questions about Joshua projects

Can we put a fitness center in existing office space?

Usually, with the structural question answered first. IBC Table 1607.1 designs fitness areas for a 100 psf live load, so converting office space is a change of use and the building’s structural engineer confirms what the floor carries. That answer often shapes the layout, since it determines where the heaviest strength equipment can sit.

What flooring holds up in a high-traffic branch?

One specified by zone. ASTM F2772 treats force reduction, vertical deformation, ball bounce and surface friction as measured properties, and free-weight, functional and cardio areas want different values from the floor. A single specification across a busy branch usually overspends in one zone and wears out early in another.

What is a Registered Accessibility Specialist, and do we need one?

An RAS is the reviewer Texas requires on commercial projects with an estimated construction cost of $50,000 or more, under Texas Government Code chapter 469. The project is registered with TDLR within 30 days of permit submission, the RAS reviews the plans, and the same RAS carries out the final inspection. Below that threshold the requirement does not apply, though the ADA Standards still do.

Do you cover properties near Joshua?

Yes. Joshua sits inside our coverage in Dallas–Fort Worth, and the same crews work Burleson and Cleburne. For an operator running more than one property across those markets, that means one specification, one point of contact and one parts channel rather than a separate arrangement per site.

What are your payment terms?

Terms vary from deal to deal and are set out in your proposal. What does not vary: a 50% deposit is required on all orders before equipment is ordered. Finance options are available and are quoted alongside the equipment.
