StepOne and PRO2
SciFit Total Body Trainers
The StepOne Recumbent Stepper and the PRO2, Arm Ergometer and Recumbent Bike in One
Both generate their own power, so placement is not tied to an outlet. The StepOne takes a 68 by 30 inch footprint and the PRO2 a 61 by 30 inch one; the drawing adds the clear floor space beside each for a wheelchair, since on both the seat comes off for a user to work from the chair.

StepOne
Recumbent Stepper / StepOne
A seated total-body stepper with a stride the user sets from 2 to 11.5 inches, a starting load of 6 watts and a seat that comes off for direct wheelchair access.

PRO
Total Body Trainer / PRO2
An arm ergometer and a recumbent bike in one frame, for upper, lower or total-body work. The upper and lower cranks are linked, so one pair of limbs can drive the other.
In short
SciFit builds two seated machines that work the arms and legs together. The StepOne is a recumbent stepper with a stride the user sets from 2 to 11.5 inches; the PRO2 is an arm ergometer and a recumbent bike in one frame, used for the arms, the legs or both. Both start at a very low resistance, offer 191 levels, and take a wheelchair once the seat is removed.
SciFit Total Body Trainers: questions
Is this the complete SciFit Total Body Trainers range?
Yes. SciFit's current line is four machines, and these are its two total-body trainers, the StepOne and the PRO2. Its two upper body ergometers, the PRO1 and PRO1000, are on the upper body ergometers page.
Can SciFit total body trainers be mixed with other brands?
Yes. They pair with the rest of the SciFit line or with any of the other manufacturers Fit Supply carries; the mix is built around what the room and its users need.
