Design, Equipment and Installation for Sedona Facilities
Fit Supply serves Sedona from our Chandler location, designing, supplying and installing commercial fitness facilities throughout the northern Arizona area.
In Sedona we work mostly on country clubs. See the facility types we equip.
Northern Arizona is the exception to the desert assumption — Flagstaff and the surrounding high country get real winter, and altitude changes how a facility is used, with indoor cardio demand rising sharply in the colder months. Resort and short-term-rental properties here also see sharply seasonal traffic.
Installation in Sedona is done by installers we manage rather than a bare freight delivery. Equipment is delivered, assembled, positioned to the plan and function-tested before we leave, and the packaging goes with us — the same crews that cover Cottonwood.
We cover Cottonwood, Flagstaff and Camp Verde and the rest of the northern Arizona area on the same terms as Sedona itself, so a portfolio spread across several of these is handled as one project rather than several.
In Sedona we handle the whole project rather than one slice of it — consultation, layout design, procurement, flooring, delivery, installation, finance and warranties, then maintenance afterward. For commercial fitness rooms in particular, that continuity is what stops a room degrading a year after it opens.

Working in Sedona
Most of our work in Sedona is country clubs.
What we equip in Sedona
The category below is the one Sedona works in most, ranked by the volume we have actually supplied there. Each asks something different of the floor, the power and the clearances, so each is planned from the room outward.
Country club fitness facilities
Club renovations usually bundle a fitness floor, a studio and recovery space into one project and one flooring order, which is where the money gets wasted. ASTM F2772 treats force reduction, vertical deformation, ball bounce and surface friction as measured properties, so a studio and a strength area are genuinely different asks and should be priced as such. Accessibility scoping runs in parallel: a 30 by 48 in clear floor space on at least one of each TYPE of machine, on an accessible route. More on club fitness facility design.
Service, Repairs and Preventive Maintenance in Sedona
Fit Supply provides equipment service, repairs, and preventive maintenance directly across Arizona, dispatched from our Chandler office. Sedona is roughly two hours north of Chandler.

In short
Most of our Sedona work is in country clubs. Planning a fitness facility in Sedona, AZ? Fit Supply handles the design, the equipment, the flooring and the installation, across the northern Arizona area and out to Cottonwood, Flagstaff and Camp Verde. Rooms are planned against the ACSM allowance of 25 to 50 sq ft per station before any equipment is quoted.
Common questions about Sedona projects
How do we equip a club gym for a wide range of members?
By making inclusive use a specification item rather than an afterthought. ASTM F3021 is the standard specification for universal design of fitness equipment for inclusive use by people with functional limitations and impairments, and it is a useful reference when selecting. ACSM’s 25 to 50 sq ft per station then sets the realistic piece count.
What accessibility rules apply to an Arizona fitness room?
The ADA Standards are federal and apply in Arizona as they do everywhere. The scoping most often missed is that at least one of each TYPE of exercise machine needs a 30 by 48 in clear floor space served by an accessible route, or 36 by 48 in where enclosed on three sides, with a 36 in minimum clear route width. We draw the layout against that before equipment is ordered.
Do you cover properties near Sedona?
Yes. Sedona sits inside our coverage in northern Arizona, and the same crews work Cottonwood, Flagstaff and Camp Verde. Where a portfolio spans several of those markets, it is one specification and one point of contact instead of renegotiating each site separately.
What do you need from me to start a gym design?
Three things: the room dimensions, a budget range, and an idea of what you want the space to do. Dimensions are needed for any 2D or 3D CAD design — the same as any designer would ask for. The budget and the intent are what let us put the right equipment mix in front of you rather than a generic package.
How long does installation take?
It varies enough by job that a site survey is the only honest answer. What drives it is access rather than piece count: door widths, elevator availability, stairs, tight or turning hallways, and whether equipment can come in assembled or has to be taken apart and rebuilt in the room. Two identical equipment lists in two different buildings can be a day apart. We assess it on the survey and tell you before the schedule is set.
