With over 31 years as a fitness center consultant and equipment provider, Jerianne brings unmatched expertise in designing and outfitting facilities. She also spent 20 years as a personal trainer, building on her foundation as a university and high school coach and professor for 12 years.
Jerianne’s favorite projects are those that begin as a blank canvas—allowing her to create “WOW” fitness centers tailored to her clients’ needs. Notable projects include Servitas/Park West Student Housing in College Station, City of DeSoto Recreation Center, JPI Pearson Ranch, and Centurion American properties in hospitality, multifamily, and HOA spaces. She approaches every project with the goal of blending creativity, function, and client vision.
Jerianne enjoys working out, running, and engaging in service projects with her church and other ministries. Of all her activities, running remains her greatest passion.

Justin has over 20 years of experience in the fitness and equipment industry. He began as a Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Instructor at Flex Fitness before moving into management at Bodyworks Family Sports Center and All-American Fitness. He went on to leadership roles with Gold’s Gym as National Sales Training Manager, Les Mills US as Regional Account Executive, and most recently served as National Director of Key Accounts at Aktiv Solutions.
His expertise includes working with top brands such as Core Health & Fitness (Nautilus, Star Trac, Stairmaster, Jacob’s Ladder, Throwdown), Freemotion, Gym Rax, Ecore, CP Turf, and Aqua Training Products.
With a foundation as a trainer, Justin brings authentic fitness knowledge to his work in equipment design. He is dedicated to helping clients create functional, inspiring spaces that align with their goals, vision, and budget.
With more than 21 years in the fitness industry, Brandon Barnard has developed a well-rounded perspective on both club operations and equipment solutions. He began his career in 2004 as a Membership Advisor at 24 Hour Fitness in downtown Portland, quickly advancing to General Manager. His career then took him to Chicago, where he managed several corporate Crunch Fitness locations, and later to San Francisco, where he helped open and manage new clubs. In 2015, Brandon returned to Portland with his wife and joined Les Mills as an Account Executive—a role that introduced him to the fitness design and equipment space, where he has found his true passion.
Fitness has always been central to Brandon’s life. He and his wife, who he met while working at 24 Hour Fitness, have built an active lifestyle together—including designing a boutique-style home gym they use daily. Together, they are raising two young boys with the belief that fitness is not just an activity but a way of life.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, especially keeping up with his two young sons. He also enjoys woodworking and gardening—hands-on hobbies that keep him active, balanced, and creative.

Fitness has always been part of my life. I spent 15 years as a certified personal trainer and even competed in a triathlon. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain biking, traveling, and spending time with my son and daughter. I also stay engaged with new fitness trends and love testing the latest equipment to better serve my clients.

With 20 years in the fitness industry, Jeremy spent 10 years as a personal trainer before moving into commercial fitness equipment sales. He specializes in functional training spaces, working with top brands like Torque, Gym Rax, Hoist, and Matrix, and has managed projects of all sizes nationwide.
A former Division I baseball player with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Jeremy began his career in personal training, working closely with physical therapists and athletes of all levels. His background in biomechanics, rehab, and training allows him to approach facility design with a unique, functional perspective that aligns with each client’s goals and budget.
Jeremy and his wife, a former Division I golfer, share a passion for sports and wellness, which they’ve passed on to their daughter, a current Division I golfer. He also enjoys studying biomechanics and the science of human movement.

Sarah Allen began her career in the fitness industry in 2011, working in fitness clubs before becoming a certified personal trainer from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, she stepped into the role of General Manager at a health club, developing key leadership experience that paved the way for her move into fitness industry sales in 2016.
Sarah has a passion for personal growth and helping others achieve their goals. She stays current with new fitness trends and maintains a healthy lifestyle, using creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to balance client needs with their vision. Her goal is always to maximize resources and deliver the best possible results.

Since the age of 13, he has maintained daily workouts blending strength and cardio, thriving on both the challenge and results.
